1. Custom party creation;
Even custom party would use some tuning ...
Sometimes it happens to me that after some scene, when usualy companions talks to you to either appreciate or mock your decision ... my other custom characters stole the dialog for themselves, wich obviously had zero impact on relationship with companions.
And as a result i was never able to romance single companion while i had at least 2 PC in party. :-/
Personaly im quite glad that Lae'zel dont turn around as fast as you mentioned ...
After all, her whole life was focused on her doctrine, this is not something you should start doubting after you meet single officier who is asshole and abusing his power.
In my honest opinion it makes perfect sence that Lae'zel presumes Kithrak is betrayer, and her Queen (and therefore the protocol) is still flawless and perfect.
Gale also have glitch ... several of them actualy.
This is the problem when your companions talking is tied to aprooval level and not to amount of Long Rests where it makes sence ...
Take Gale for example ... if you dont do thinks he would like too often, or you focus on building relationship with someone else, or you simply ignore him when retrun to camp ... and you save Tieflings ... he reveals you his condition ... a night later, he asks you for your blind thrust, otherwise he refuses to tell you what he needs of you (the magic artefact to keep quiet the magic orb he was talking about the previous night) ... and if you refuses to thrust him, he dont tell you about it at all ... and yet next night he is pissed off at you that he DEPERATELY NEED THE ARTEFACT AS HE ALLREADY TOLD YOU. -_-
I dont see any problem with his looks ... but sadly, there allready was datamined (or leaked? dunno) model of Gale that looks a lot older, much more "badass" and much wore in my honest opinion. :-/
If there is something we REALLY need to fix about Astarion, its our first conversation ...
We REALLY desperately NEED option to punish him for his behaviour, and yes i believe the proper punishment would be death ... or at least fight with "i yield" conversation afterwards.
Shadowheart really should get her Arm tatoo as in loadings ...
I for one dont want this game to do anything for me ...

6. UI;
I don't use items in combat through the hotbar, I just open inventory, so the far right section is useless to me.
Im sure you noticed, but just in case ...
You know that you can move the red bar to the right, and hide items completely, right?
This might be intended ...
I mean, you can easily get rid of those clones by using single I. level Magic Missiles.
