I think they have confirmed that all PHB stuff is in.
I do not remember where I read it so it would be nice if someone can find a source.
On top of that we have gith and drow already in.
I guess we get gnomes and dwarfs from the underdark too.
We have those in the game already and there is already a tag for player characters as gnomes, dwarves and underdark background.
So this would not cause additional animations and writing.
Anything more would be nice, but I do not expect this.
