I think for a video-game we can settle for less strict implementation that would allow to do everything later at the cost of reaction.
Sure. Or Larian could implement both the smaller Ready and the full Delay. I'm a big proponent of increasing complexity in (especially 5e) video games because the computer can do all the nitty gritty calculations. Whereas in PnP, moving characters around in the initiative can be a hassle.
Larian would just have to make sure that you can't use this delayed turn to avoid lasting effects - e.g., you would be frightened on your turn, but you use ready to move your turn until later in the round when you aren't frightened.
