Either way, at the very last they need to differentiate prone from unconscious - since right now the prone condition applies unconscious (which is why it breaks concentration, and why it skips your turn)
Are you sure about that still being the case whenever you fall prone? Last time I checked, unconscious was applied only if I got prone by jumping of a cliff.
