I'm in the lava area in Grymforge where the Lava Elemental is. Twice I've engaged it in a fight, both times crashing to desktop when I fire the Arrow of Ilmater (the necrotic health-regen blocking arrow).
I've had a lot of CTD happen since picking up BG3 post patch 7. Saw the hotfix come out today, installed it, but I've CTD 3 times since installing (twice on firing the arrow at the elemental)
