At this point I am starting to get worried they might not even finish the PHB. As far as I know there isn't a hard confirmation that we'll get every PHB race, and the way they design their cut-scenes and facial expressions would make Dragonborn incredibly difficult unless they can get some actual talking lizards in mo-cap suits.
It'd be a massive blow to me personally. Dragonborn are my favorite PHB race and the one I am looking forward to most.
But who knows? Maybe there will be race pack DLC after launch. I think that is our best bet to get the exotic races like Lizardfolk or Tabaxi. Personally Lizardfolk is my long shot hope as lizardfolk are my favorite playable DnD race in 5e.
