Well, no, still only first individual inventory screens fit on one screen.
What they have done is combine equipment with inventory - as the result the "doll view" of our characters got smaller to make space for the inventory below.
Yes.
However I don't really know why, but I find that the game has become visually "uncomfortable". For the individual panels it's clearly the size that bothers me even if it's true that having the inventory is convenient. I find that the interface has become "confused" (I and N) references to the same thing, buttons up and down, right click... In short a little bit everywhere without logic or organization (or it escapes me). Well I guess as the team is busy reworking the command interface it will change again and probably for the better.
That leaves the views in the game itself. I don't have the previous version to compare. But there too something is bothering me visually. The best I can say without a comparison version is that playing has become uncomfortable.
There are other things I would like to see changed, but overall it's anecdotal.
That said, it's still a great game and the team is doing a great job. The game runs relatively bug free and that's a lot in itself. The only big bug I had was the impossibility to replay my saves. A person from Larian took the time to try to solve the problem with me. Thanks again to this person. We didn't find a solution, but as I said it's only a preview. In the final version it will be a real problem.
