You don't mind jumping through unnecessary hoops. I do, I find it annoying.

Bcs i feel like i could say the same.
From my point of view, you are even creating your own hoops so you can jump through them, the way you want to ... instead of using clearly easier and smoother way ... but that would mean leaving the comfort zone.
