I'm 100% in favour of that.
It's probably cheap to implement. And it's very tabletop DnD and Larian has advertised that they aim to give that tabletop feeling. So I hope they'll implement that. Ideally, we should be able to
choose a different dice colour for each companion.
Pathfinder Adventures (the digital adaptation of the card game) allows something like
that, and it's quite
nice.
