Hello everyone, I posted this suggestion outside the suggestions section, that's why I put it here now, I deleted the previous one.

I think the system needs to give the visual information in a better way, instead of a text if X does approve something or not, a simple green icon if approves and a red one if disapproves.

In addition, the icon changes according to the level of influence, so if it has little influence, be more discreet and if it has a lot of influence, be more striking.

I made similar suggestions (ages ago) and I still wholeheartedly agree, a.k.a. +1.

My issue is that when I say or do something in a conversation and 3-5 companions approve/disapprove, I don't have much time to read it all and at the same time process what it means for the personality of each companion. (Did I expect this reaction ? Am I learning something new about Companion X ?).

It would be easier to read if a colour code was used (e.g. sentence/keyword in green for approve, red for disapprove).

Also, I would like to have the approval information/feedback recorded in the dialogue history (in the same way that most mechanical aspects should be recorded in the "combat log"). This way, I can review it after the conversation, if I want to.

I think this would be really useful, also if they only include this without changing the way it is shown, it would already be an improvement so if you did not have time to see it at the moment of the reaction, you can consult it calmly in the dialog log.

I can agree with that one, I'm fairly sure I've seen other games do that exact thing.

I suppose, i guess some people care about the approval of their companions, i just force them to do what i want with the tadpole.

I wouldn't mind a change in how approvial is communicated, but honestly it is not something I feel a need for. I feel the game does pretty good job communicating what met with approval/disapproval of our companions.

That feels like a bit too much. I feel that if we need UI to track characters approval than things went horribly wrong and need steamlining (looking at you Deadfire).

I would rather see there another word ... like: "slightly aprooves", "strongly disaprooves" etc.
I dont need green and red lights, and i would never ever want to try figure out how much my reputation changed based on how strong the button glow. :-/

From my perspective, when the text "Shadowheart disaprooves" shows up, its the same as when GM tells me "your companion dislike your choices" ... i cant quite immersively imagine that my GM would be using red and green flashlights to simulate this. laugh

I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. frown
Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are! frown
