The Diablo 4 alpha screen you shared isn't very relevant here, I think. ABK has to hide boobs, primarily because they are American company, and they have plenty of
very vocal evangelical christians to take into account.
Larian is Belgian, and even though the country has some 57% of roman catholics, almost 30% of population are
either atheists or agnostic. This leaves a sliver of hope, in my understanding.
And then there are modders. If the game will have large sale numbers, as I suspect it will, mods will come aplenty.
