4. true strike seems ineffective, i cast it on something, then i went in for the attack, then that same round my concentration broke, was like a total waste of time using that spell, wastes 1 round so i can get 1 attack in then get concentration broken. i can't say that i'm impressed with that. i would prefer if there was no concentration check.
5. the option of travelling with npc companions or not. that is the question. there should be rewards to travelling and completing quests solo, in terms of xp or anything else. you should level up faster and get perks if your just doing it all solo, there should be a benefit to the increased challenge. travelling around with 4 characters is far too easy. i don't like that the companions automatically get your current xp and level, they should have to work for it. companions that you travel with often should have MORE xp than if you leave them at camp all the time.
perhaps implement a global party xp cap. if the cap is 40,000 xp. then that is the most you + all of your npc henchman followers are allowed to have total. if you want more and more xp , more and more power, then you should have to disband one of the npc companions, so you keep the challenge of the game, the balance of power there.
if you use no npc companions then your character can reach level 8 maximum, if you use 1 npc henchman both you and your henchman have a max level of 7, if you use 3 npcs then all you are capped at level 6..
