Beyond that, the quote you're referencing is specifically in relation to a thieves gang - the thieflings - that operate in Kenabres, in that world space, and are involved in a particular quest, "Stolen Moon", in WotR. It's a gang name, and a joke on the racial description of primary membership. I'm glad to help you gain the knowledge not to make the same mistake in the future. ^.^
