Some short responses:
1. To me that's your problem if you play with a PC not fit for the game. I would not like if Larians put workpower into it. Then comes the next with an even worse PC, ad infinitum?

2. I don't like druids, but I also don't like bad boys/girls, so you got what you deserved.

Making a game playable as evil the same way as a "good" person is surely a big effort and in my opinion not worth it at all. However as Larian bragged with a possible evil playstyle, they should make results more rational, as proposed by you.
3. Would be nice.
4. Good idea, needed. Especially in some conversations where I want to have a fight, there is no possibility and I fail because I win charisma checks I like to lose. It's lame to start the fight before the dialog because of meta knowledge.
5. No. I really would like more differentiation and diversity, more heads (although I have the heads I want personally), more body options (skinnier, fatter, more musculous), more body hair options (I absolutely want a human/halfelf without torso hair), more hair, more tattoos. But I don't need generic cliche fantasy looks for the races.
6. Would be a nice comfort option.
7. Yes, I find respec options are necessary in any game with complicated stats, despite what hardcore players say.
