The Carpet Crawlers, Genesis. From what I've heard of them so far I can only say this: Phil Collins is gay! He's gay, gay, GAY!!!

Genesis. Lyrics by Peter Gabriel, Songs by Banks/Rutherford/Collins/Hackett ( / Gabriel)

From the double-CD "The lamb lies down on broadway".

It's a very surrealistic story of one pre-punk named Rael.

The original song is sung by Peter Gabriel, but the newer versions mostly by Phil Collins. One exception is "The Carpet Crawlers 1999" the seemingly last collaboration of all band members; lyrics sung by both Collins and Gabrirl.

I'm a fan, I know it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

The Cinema Show, Genesis. That is a kick-[nocando] solo by the way...

From the last album before the Lamb : "Selling England by the Pound". The most harmonic album from the view of many fans.

The intro to that album is to me a pure classic : "Can you tell me where my country lies ...?"

When you find a big kettle of crazy, it's best not to stir it.
