I thought you were advocating specifically for click and drag as exemplefied by classic RPGs. If you’d settle for any kind of streamlined multiselection, then we agree.

You’ve convinced me that controllers probably aren’t at the core of the design decision behind the movement system. Maybe the engine simply can’t support box selection, being that the standard click and drag behavior is to move objects.

As you said, this is all a roundabout way of asking Larian to implement a sleeker way of precision-moving PCs outside of turn-based mode.
