I notice some minor changes in act 1 and 2, the most noticeable are a missing option to kiss Shadowheart and Mol and Raphael not playing chess. Instead there is a new dialogue with lore about Thorm and the shadowcursed land. Any idea what is going on?

There are more changes. I've noticed changes in dialogue and reactions with Minthara if you decide to go raiding together. Her seduction technique is diferent from what I remember.
Or with Karlach:
K - "I wanna join!"
Me: 1 - "Hell no!" 2 - "Only for a little while".
I chose 1
K - "Aww, but it's gonna be somuch fun!"
Me - only one option - "Only for a little while", no "Leave" ...

Thumbs up, Larian Studios, for cleaning up the fight with the Hag. When she doppelganger'd Myrina one could which is which by using T - one could see the different Resistances.

I wonder if the Crazy Cat Lady buying Githyanki eggs was fixed - she was untouched by Patch 2 and still ALWAYS has barter as the default setting.

I got a lot more Karlach scenes as well

Still no private dialogue for Minthara though. Just a placeholder. (Recruited her via evil path during patch 4. and now continuing act 3 with patch 5) :-(

I'm confused, Karlach wants to raid the Grove with you?

What? But I reallly liked the chess scene. Why would they do that?

Sorry for lack of clarity - this was the Karlach recruitment scene, unrelated with the attack on the wretched hive of scum and villainy that is Emerald Grove since Mol and her degenerates moves in ...

My guess is that chess is elitist and intelectually lazy people are offended.

I really liked the lanceboard scene too! Now I have to revisit the spot to find out what happens instead.

Missing option to kiss Shadowheart? What do you mean?

Last time I played the game was on patch 3. When I romanced Shadowheart in patch 3, you could kiss her via a dialogue option. That dialogue option is not showing in patch 5 for me. Thinking about it, Withers also does not acknowledge that I am in a romance with Shadowheart.

And I just noticed, I also never got the dialogue where the artefact switches over to Tav.
