A professional level voice generator could help. Let Larian provide the text and intonation (speed, emphasis, pauses,...) and let the user pick a voice from an extensive range of voices. Good for modders too.

I've been playing multiplayer recently and guess what - Tavs can chat with each other and they are fully voiced!(when the dialogue is working, as now 50% of it isn't). There is no cutscene there, but voicelines are
So I assume we'll get some kind of VO eventually(if they have it in multiplayer why not expand it to singleplayer)
