SWTOR has 16 total (2 for each class), but it is an MMO with a huge budget. Not sure if they could afford full pc VO for BG3, but it would be great if they did!😊

Yeah, it seems clear cut that:
1) Origins will have full VO
2) Custom characters will have full VO too.
