Hexblade, Gloomstalker, Clockwork Soul, College of Eloquence, Twilight Domain, Bladesinger - those are some of the most OP Subclasses that exist, and I'm not surprised that they show up in most polls.

Personally in the beginning I would have liked for Larian to add one homebrew subclass to each Class next to the ones in the PHB - put "their own spin" on this D&D 5E game - but now, with EA patch 8 on the horizons, and seeing that they can't even transcribe mathematical formulas as easy as 1+2=3 from an 8 year old document .... Thoughts about DLCs or future expansions and their content is FAR FAR removed in the order of priorities for me.

Lets wait and see if the main game is worth it first.
