Myrkul is another one I hope Larian address. We find out in NWN2 that he's clinging to a form of semi-life because he linked his existence to the Wall of the Faithless. Indeed, we find out that the 'real' reason for the Wall, one of the universe's most infamously cruel injustices was basically created as a failsafe for Myrkul so he could cling to some sort of life through mortal's fear of death. But 5e removed references to the Wall, so was he dead-dead all this time, or was the Wall removed by some decree of Ao/Kelemvor? Did he come back to life through the crown? Was Maura Silverhand some sort of 'Myrkul-spawn' and he came back in a similar manner as Bane and Bhaal did? The lack of answers here is really gnawing at me because Myrkul seems to have had the most contingencies of all the Dead Three, but has zero explanation for his return. Put me in mind of that Star Wars movie, not in a good way- 'Somehow Myrkul has returned.' Hope Larian provides some answers. Hope they don't ignore the Wall and NWN2.

Also. What exactly is Kelemvor the god of? Between Bane, Myrkul, and Bhaal being back, where does he define himself as a god? Particularly in regards to Myrkul's return.

The reality is that WOTC did an absolute trash job in explaining any of the cosmological changes that took place going from terrible 4th Edition to 5th Edition. 30+ years of turning everything on its head to basically go back to a slightly different version of the 1987 Campaign Box Set. I honestly believe that WOTC might be banking on Larian to patch up the gaping holes they created by not explaining anything.
