I'm sorry, but overall the character creation for this game is underwhelming at best and frankly outdated. I know much of it will probably be fixed by modders, but for now I think you need to add sliders and a ton more customization options. You don't even have lipstick for God sakes! Even in Egyptian times they had makeup options outside of eyeshadow. Also more hairstyles wouldn't kill you. Though I do love that you can make a female dwarf with a beard, it's not enough.
