I'm sorry, but overall the character creation for this game is underwhelming at best and frankly outdated. ...
I don't disagree and More faces or combinations would be nice. I think they could add a size control; maybe 3-4 choices that are just a strait 110%-80% or something like that. I'd imagine it'll actually come in at some point probably around at some time since a scaling system is used for clothing anyway. Though I hope they do more than just a strait resize so doesn't just look shrunk but rather it 'fits' the smaller size.
I would like to see, but this would require replicating a lot of clothing, a fat body choice. Not because I'm part of that, let's call it 'very questionable science' believing part of the "Body Positivity(TM)" movement, but because it would be nice to make a Friar Tuck kind of character once and a while

I'm not sure it would be financially feasible for a company but if the Mod system could handle it maybe a modder will do it.
Which brings us to things like hairstyles, make up, etc. They built a fairly easy Mod system and like many RPGs Modder's are the people to look to for those kinds of things, in fact I think there are already mods like that available. I think at this point the RPGs it's kinda part of the development process to give a a dozen or so base options and let Modder's do the rest. It makes sense financially plus it gives a small but committed fanbase a way to not only feel like a part of the team, it also adds longevity to the product.
