I've always felt that Larian is holding back a bit on the character creator for the full relase of the game.
I mean, it's basically a given that they 'll add SOME stuff at release.
The doubt is more about the extent they'll go to expand the system.
It could be "3 more faces (in TOTAL), 5 haircuts and 6 tattoos"
OR
It could be a considerable amount of additions plus entire new features like the selection of different bodies.
