Except they must be inspected up close to be noticeable (and on naked, or underwear, model) ... therefore they are oversightable(?) ... and therefore the character in my quite honest opinion can be misstaken for a child. Nothing more.
Call me ignorant if you wish, but i can swear that i would simply not notice ... especialy when clothed ... since they are simply not visible enough for my (male / human / untrained) eyes. :-/ But you said it yourself, you purposefully chosen her breasts small.
