As of Patch 8 the "EXAMINE" feature is now causing a hard crash to desktop on Vulkan API. On a rare occasion it might even crash the display drivers, requiring a complete system restart.
I tested this on different NPCs on the Nautiloid during the prologue and some NPCs in ACT I.
Might have something to do with the new UI improvements.
