Same issue is happening to me and I applied all the troubleshooting listed and nothing seems to work. How did you solve it?

UPDATE: I solved it by complete deleting the "Baldur's Gate 3" folder inside %LocalAppData%\Larian Studios after a clean reinstallation without mods and stuff and worked like a charm, putting this update in case this can help someone
