This is something i will never understand ...
Why so many people have this urge to dictate others how are they suppose to wear their stuff?
It's a matter of "realism" for me.
Most weapons were historically worn on the hip/belt to access them easily. I don't mind some weapons to be worn on your back, but in many cases it doesn't really make sense and tends to look ridiculous (e.g. maces, morningstars, hand crossbows). It's also bound to cause a lot of clipping issues when/if we get cloaks.
