Yeah, I used it as an "easy to read" example, and it was the first thing that came up on my search. I knew that DR was a thing, but I wasn't sure if DR was a thing in 5e, so I used the first thing I found that demonstrated it. It's just that, as I was reading the post "What about DR" was the first thing I thought.
That's understandable. The dndbeyond entry for Resistance shows up surprisingly low on the 1st page of a google search. Both Damage Resistance (half damage) and Vulnerability (double damage) are a thing in 5e, of course much simplified from past/other editions.
