Prone no longer gives advantage on 3m near the target and disadvantage if not. What was the point of this change?

It nerfs and changes the effectiveness of several abilities.

This... This has to be a bug or an oversight, right? Please tell me this is an oversight.

This was one of the few things that was actually translated accurately from DnD 5E into this game. And assuming it's not a bug and intentional, it gets changed out of nowhere so that it's not? The hell?

It was one of the biggest reasons to advocate for the option to shove enemies prone instead of pushing them a mile off a cliff. Now it's not even worth considering with this change. Is it a consequence of future content testing that we're actually not privy to?

Seems to be a visual bug on the UI for Prone. It doesn't show that you have advantage, but it shows that in the roll/log after.

The accuracy/target indicator doesn't show advantage

But the roll in the log says it does

I don't think this has changed. It was the same way in the last patch, where you got the advantage in the log, but it didn't show on the cursor.

Sorry I forgot to add the disclaimer:
No Gales were hurt* as part of this experimentation.

* Hurt as legally defined as severe emotional damage and unrecoverable loss of HP. Does not include bleeding wounds, prone condition, severe burns, and HP loss that can be subsequently restored.

Edited - on a serious note, I'll submit this as a bug report because it should show it. The Accuracy % calculation is technically wrong.
