Creating a rogue, where / how can I pick the skills for expertise
Can't find any option to choose.

In the Skills category. First you choose your proficiency and then below you choose which proficiency will benefit from expertise.

Is it at character creation? I don't see anyway to choose which skill will benefit.
Could you perhaps post some kind of screenshot?

Yes, at the character creation.

Make sure that Rogue is selected as a class and you should be able to choose 4 proficiencies and 2 expertise. Works just fine for me.

Ah thanks, finally found it. It turned out it was not showing because of some mods I had installed.
