Please allow a player to simply toggle on cantrips that buff, such as Guidance, Resistance, etc... while not in combat. This would increase the quality of life a lot instead of stopping and recasting frequently to add guidance to passive skill checks.

I suppose if the toggle is for a single cantrip applied to the caster, then sure maybe. But a caster can only cast the spell on one person at a time, so they couldn't keep the whole party buffed and it'd probably be more effort than its worth to implement a system where all party members share the single of the cantrip. You'd have to account for how many characters can cast what cantrips, etc.

These cantrips also require concentration, so such a system would also require you to either manually toggle it on after each combat or have it ask you "Do you wish to replace [currently concentrating spell] with your toggled on cantrip?"
