Now that there are bards, a class that can be very versatile, please implement War Caster Feat so a Lore Bard may wear a shield and cast as intended.

It would be nice, but I suspect it won't make it in because it removes one of the major incentives to go with Valor Bard instead. The haphazard implementation of Bardic Inspiration/Combat Inspiration currently makes Valor Bard inferior to Lore Bard in nearly every way that matters.
