I second this, it's really bothersome. I don't know if it's the game's way to tell you "Are you sure? Sure sure sure? If you do it you can't undo it" but, as @Drath Malorn pointed out, the hide action doesn't have a confirmation click, so there is no reason to have them for the dash, disengage etc. actions.
This is a turn-based game, by definition it has slow gameplay. Making it slower for no reason is just detrimental to its experience.
