Of course, in BG3 some rules have been modified or ignored.
Such exquisite, edgy dismissiveness.
It's not like this is EA or anything, and neither Extra Attack nor most feats even exist in the game yet for those rules to apply to. Given how they have an icon and everything, I highly doubt their existence will be ignored once the proper mechanics are in place.
