Im quite sure it isnt. This formula dont take under concideration that those numbers are supposed to be in specific order.
This seems like a chance that out of 4 rolls, you get those 4 numbers, nothing else. Meaning 2 3 4 5, or 3 5 2 4 would be both acceptable.
