EDIT: Turns out that I did NOT have the most recent driver. Also, I had to try several diffent combinations of settings , but game is working much better. Not AS good as the original patch 8, but better than earlier.
FWIW: I have an MSI Laptop w/Geforce GTX 1050 TI. Wish there was an easy way to upload my actual settings.. I might take some screen shots later and insert here.
The initial patch 8 was wonderful. My gfx were sweet and smooth. This latest patch is acting like it using the gfx chipset from my old compter.
I have not changed my drivers or anything. The only change has been the new patch ):
I have tried both vulcan and dx11. Both are equally bad.
OTOH, it nice that my party members all follow each now.. even after using stealth.
