Just talked with Roland, the tiefling mage and his two companions. Afterwards, only Rolan went down by Ethel and the tiefling cook where I talked with him about his master.

So, no more "I care about our lives, out FUTURES!". Did they listen and do this on purpose so the Convo doesn't drive me insane anymore, or is this a glitch on my PC?

Now if they'd fix the other redundant convos

It's a glitch. The other two are stuck on their stools. If you move their stools out from under them, they'll head down to where Rolan is.

The same glitch is happening with... I can't remember her name right now... the tiefling sitting on the chair over by where they bury Kanon. You have to move the chair out from under her so they can bury Kanon; otherwise, his body just remains where it is.

Happened the same to me. Not sure if it's an intended change or just a glitch.

If it's the former, I'd like to stress to Larian once again that I don't hate the line itself (or NPC bantering in the background in general), Just how frequently they keep doing it and how insanely close these repetitions come.

Also, please, I don't want to hear shit when I'm browsing my inventory in idle. Since you are against freezing time by design, at least silence background speech in that case.

Yeah some NPCs really seem to love their chairs this patch.
