Well, can't say I like the proposal. It seems yet ANOTHER case of over-designed system trying to solve a problem that would have a far simpler solution: have individual reactions per-character.

Not to mention that your system would basically imply a party-based initiative where your entire team moves, the enemy moves, and you'd have all your reactions in the same subsequent pseudo-turn. Which is NOT how initiative is supposed to work.

Still, at least unlike the current Larian system is not a solution where REACTIONS are supposed to be PRE-PLANNED in advance, which is already ridiculous to say aloud.
