1 outfit per Race / Class / Background + Generic stuff.
And Racial outfit should reflect profficiencies that race have ...
Meaning all Githyanki should have option to start in Lae'zels armor, even if that would mean lower its AC for ballance purposes, im talking here about visual only ... Shield Dwarf should have option to start in Dwarven Medium armor, while Gold Dwarf should have very simmilary styled robe, since they are not profficient with any armor ... Duergars (if they are planned) should have simmilar robe/armor (not sure about their profficiencies) but purely practical, no decoration, for Lore reasons.
Weapons would deserve same love ...
Dwarves are profficient with Battleaxes, Handaxes, Light Hammers and Warhammers ... so i want to see some Dwarven Battleaxes, Handaxes, Light Hammers and Warhammers!
Elves are profficient with Longswords, Shortswords, Longbow and Shortbow ... so i want to see some Elven Longswords, Shortswords, Longbow and Shortbow!
Etc.
And yes it means there dont need to be any Elven mace or Dwarvish sword ... they can ofc, but arent necesary.
Still talking purely about models.
