warlock with the Devil's Sight invocation is immune to the blinding effect (creatures with natural superior darkvision aren't, though, for whatever reason).
Im not sure they are supposed to be. O_o
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
