Well my guess is base on how much time they take per patch (around few months?) so at the end of the year for patch 9, then mid year on 2023 for 1.0 release, and I don't think they plan lunch at late 2023 or close to 2024 othrise they won't spread the release date on early 2022(if nothing special goes wrong), just my guess only.
