I'm sure the big draws of paladin/variant human/lizard overlord race will be for full release
Not expecting level 5 due to EA being directly stated as being level 4 on descriptions everywhere
An unknown additional or two. Cinematics where it says cinematics pending added or new feats, maybe even a reaction revamp or some other mechanic overhauled or implemented. Won't be much more than that though of course
