"Not very" is the correct answer, regardless.
You can march your way from the beach to the goblin camp to the Underdark entry and then to the subterranean lake in five minutes TOP (if we are choosing to go through the most orthodox path and not the faster alternate ones) and even by putting some abstraction into the equation I don't think we are sailing on that boat for more than few hours top (but let's be real, it's probably a lot less).
