I would very much like that.

Most people presume level 13 tho.
So, most likely, our wizard Tav will never get "Wish" laugh

My GUESS would be that spells may just be the deciding factor on where levels stop.

They are going to 11, may as well do 12 for another Improvement option (to make fans happy).

13 would open up level 7 spells.

I would be grateful for anything above 11, but 11 is what I will plan for to not be disappointing, yet maintain the opportunity to be pleasantly surprised.

At level 11:

Fighters get 3 attacks

Bards get 2 level 5 Magic Secrets...Archers with 4 attacks, ect (from level 10) and a level 6 spell

Rogues become Reliable and have 6 SA dice

Monks get a Monastic Tradition and their fists are d8

Rangers get a Conclave Feature

Clerics get Destroy Undead and a level 6 spell

Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard get a level 6 spell

Paladins get Improved Divine Smite

Warlock gets a third spell slot and its first Mystic Arcanum

Barbarians become even harder to kill: Relentless Rage

All in all...not bad smile , and plenty of reasons to not multiclass.

BUT...if you want a wish spell then...mods will take you there (What? Level 17 is it?).

Tav the "Archmage of Faerun" arrives to kick some serious hinney! Bows in awe .
