Maybe the fact that when you switch characters the trade window gets a reset, too, which is fairly impractical.

Not to mention the issues of how easy it is to exploit the "attitude" system on one hand and conversely the annoyance of being pushed to pack all the "vendor trash" on a single character, but these are issues that I highlighted more in detail here:
