With her statistics ... Shadowheart is certainly not Meele Cleric. :-/
For that she would either need more strength, or profficiency with some Finesse weapon. :-/

I still think that paladin would fit Karlach much better than barbarian
Have you also imagine her as Oathbreaker with powers of hell?
