The hotbar you use looks a lot like the one I suggested, Wormerine.
You just don't have red lines anymore but the visually more appealing stylised gold lines, you have 4 divisions rather than 3, the hotbar as a whole is longer and items are 4 icons on it rather than 6 to 12.
