What part of the game is it on? When you talk to any companion you can part ways if you want. The other option here is talking about something after you had sex with him in the romance scene. Have you done the sex scene with him? If you want to try recreating this dialogue Id use the romance scene and the interactions before, during , and after to get this dialogue.
I don't really get what about this scene stands out or makes one thing it was deleted? Ive played the game 6 times through now and my companions who ive played multiple times always have new things to do and say based on the countless choices ya make. I feel like im missing something.
