I have not experienced it again since coming back, but do our party members still fall off buildings and either hurt themselves or die, when trying to follow us down ladders and such?
This was always a hassle, and it's one reason I used to be forced to group and ungroup my team, so they would not blindly follow the leader, and end up running off roof tops and plunging to their untimely deaths.
